When clicking on the PaperOffice icon the program does not respond and does not open it can be to several causes.

To fix the issue try the following steps:

1.
Copy the code below
taskkill /f /IM "com.paperoffice*"

Now press simultaneously the and R keys on your keyboard to quickly bring up the Run dialog box.

Paste the before copied code into the box and press ENTER.

This will close all possible PaperOffice processes.
Start PaperOffice as usual.

2.
Navigate to C:\PaperOffice\bin

Scroll down untill you see the "restart.bat" file.

Double click on the file.
A Command Prompt will open (cmd) and will close all possible PaperOffice processes and restart PaperOffice.
You can close the Command Prompt once PaperOffice has started.

3.
Restart your PC and start PaperOffice as usual.
