Setting up the MariaDB 10 database for Synology NAS is very easy. Please note that this HelpDesk entry and the video apply explicitly to the database setup of the database MariaDB 10 . The setup instructions for the MariaDB 5 database can be found in the separate HelpDesk entry .

The following video applies to the Synology NAS setup of the versions PaperOffice 2019, PaperOffice 2020 and PaperOffice 2021. The PaperOffice interface is displayed differently depending on the version, functionality remains the same.
